New year, new goals! Last year I really fell off and didn’t follow through on many of my goals. This year I decided to make a vision board instead of a list. Hopefully the visual aspect will inspire me to work on it everyday.
Anyways let’s get right into it……….
1. Get up at 5am
First goal of 2019 is to wake up at 5am everyday. I actually started this right before the new year. It took a few weeks but it is getting easier. I stopped hitting snooze and used the 5,4,3,2,1 rule. It took a lot of dedication but it worked. Check out Mel Robbins and her rule. It will change your life!
2. Drink 8 glasses of water a day
Another goal is to stay hydrated. Staying hydrated is good for you and your skin. Who knew break outs would still be a problem at 28! I have been doing it for about a week now. I’m feeling better and my skin is looking better.
3. Travel More
Another goal is to travel more. It is so good for the soul. Meeting new people and creating amazing memories. I was so excited for this goal that I booked two tips already. I’ll be heading to Florida and Arizona before summer. All using sky scanner and Airbnb. If your looking to travel on a budget I highly recommend them both.
4. Be more intentional
Another goal I hope to achieve is to live in the moment. With everything going on in life I was having a difficult time focusing. So many times my brain turned off and I went into auto-pilot mode. So much time was spent focusing on the future and the past, I forget about the now. I don’t want to live like that anymore. No more distractions and procrastination. It’s time to live in the moment.
